About the Property

In March 2019, Alliance acquired this 525k sqft. unique office property in Conshohocken, one of the most desirable infill suburban office locations in the Philadelphia Metro Area. In conjunction with a comprehensive renovation of the property that is currently underway, Alliance is implementing a “community activation” program to curate social, food and wellness programs at the property to create an experiential office environment and facilitate a business plan aimed at increasing rents and occupancy to market levels.
