Max Ryan is focused on entitlements, permits, design, and physical improvements for all Alliance assets.  Mr. Ryan has over 17 years of experience in the development and construction management of commercial real estate. He has obtained entitlements for more than three million square feet, ranging from the redevelopment of standalone buildings to 110+ acre master planned business parks. He has designed and constructed $420+ million of base building projects, as well as over $150 million of tenant improvements.

Prior to joining Alliance in 2012, Mr. Ryan was the highest ranking construction and development manager at Corporate Office Properties Trust (NYSE: OFC).  Mr. Ryan holds a BA in Economics from Towson University.
